Here is my card where I used Captain Jack (wearing a bandana).......

* Outside Sentiment: Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps from Canine Capers 1 set
* Inside Sentiment: from Michaels $1.50 bin
* Ink: Close to my Heart - Outdoor Demin
* 3D Pop Dots (to raise Captain Jack on the beach image)
* Cuttlebug Machine & Tiny Bubbles Cuttlebug Embossing Folder
* Creative Memories Oval shape to cut out the skull
* Close to My Heart Edge Distressor tool to "age" the map
