February OCS Challenge - Anything Goes!!

Hello and Happy February 1st!Today we start a new Challenge over at One Crazy Stamper Blog and it is another super simple theme this month - Anything Goes!!!

My card I have to show you today is made using a new sentiment and a new image called Smiling Shelby....
